About me, briefly.
I like the practical side of technology. The bit where something has to work properly.
A website needs to go live. A DNS record needs to be right. A mailbox needs to send and receive. A client needs an answer that actually makes sense. A small project needs turned from an idea into something people can use.
My background mixes IT support, website support, customer service and software development. I’ve worked in public-sector IT, commercial website support and retail environments, which has made me calm with users, comfortable with messy problems and focused on getting things working properly.
Outside of work, I’m into PC building, web projects, gaming, systems, and learning how different tools fit together.
