About Joshua

I'm Joshua Maguire, a First Class Computing Technologies graduate from Ulster University and an IT Support Technician based in Belfast. My current work focuses on supporting hosted websites, domains, DNS, email services, WordPress and client technical issues in a commercial web environment.

Before that, I completed a placement year in 2nd line IT support with the Northern Ireland Civil Service, where I worked with support tickets, Active Directory, hardware and software issues, and direct user support.

I like practical technical work. Getting websites live, fixing awkward issues, making technical problems easier to understand and building useful systems are the parts I enjoy most.
